Was a good collar for us. You need to figure out which channel your remote connects to, it took my wife a while. Ours connects to channel 3, look for a display with a controller and collars showing loading bars. ours on ourselves by placing 2 fingers on the pins and pressing the button. This helps me determine if it will get my dog's attention and if his actions are meritorious at that point. It has worked flawlessly for us so far and the charge lasts a long time, after 4 days the controller display still shows 4 out of 5 bars. I haven't tried it in the water yet because it's winter now and everything is frozen here. I hope I remember to update when the snow and ice are gone.
