I purchased this product to help me manage my remote rental property. I use them to compare the outside temperature to the inside temperature in an empty house to make sure the pipes aren't freezing and to make sure the thermostats aren't left high when nobody's in the house. Good: Sensors seem accurate, and remote functionality is key. I like having relative humidity as well as temperature. The out of range alarm is easy to set up and works well. It works well enough and now I want to buy more for my house and other properties. Needs improvement: The system only works with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If you have a mesh WiFi system, you need to turn off the 5GHz band, which is a problem. *This reduces my rating to four stars.* Also, I wish the probes came in packs of four instead of three. The software combines a whole bunch of other products and therefore has a lot of useless features. While the setup isn't super complicated, it's not as easy as (for example) a Sonos system or an Orbi setup that actually plugs in and works. All in all good facilities. Cleaner software integration will push it to five stars.
