Not absorbent - my new review
I have incontinence at night and these did not absorb the leakage I have. The sides of the underwear were wet and the pad stayed dry.
- Just have an occasional drip. Handles that just fine.
- Maybe should have ordered XL instead of L, tight fitting around the generals.
