The product itself is high quality, comfortable and the fact that it is adjustable is much appreciated! The pillowcase material is also nice. I really wish the zipper placement had been better thought out. It's on the front of the pillow and bothered me so I always had to make sure the opposite side was facing up. I tried the full size for a few nights but ended up removing the insert for my small neck. Unfortunately, after about 60 days I began to experience pain in my neck and back and realized the pillow wasn't for me. Remember that every BODY is different and a good pillow requires experimentation, trial and error. *** Nice touch too - as this is a memory foam I found it necessary to air each individual piece for a few days before use. Customer service exceeds expectations! I received an immediate response and they honored the money-back guarantee. I'm so sorry it didn't work for me, but I would recommend it to anyone who needs a better night's sleep with more cervical support!
