Works great, tool doesn't break if you're careful. Doesn't fit flush into clock like standard but works well. Some assembly is required to attach. It's best to get the screws from the old one, since the new ones are NOT included. It comes with tools to unscrew the old one and install it on the new one, as well as a tool to make sure you can pull and loosen the links so you can adjust it to your hand. While it was a bit of a hassle, it's not that it's impossible. You don't have to go to a jeweler to do this for you.
