Review on 🧩 Coolplay Crystal Puzzle Constellation Gemini: A Challenging and Beautiful Brain Teaser by Tyrone Lyons

I am very disappointed with this puzzle. The instructions show two pins on one side of the head to attach it to the body, but there aren't any on the actual puzzle piece. The locking pin doesn't look like instructions at all. The instructions show a "screw" tip on both ends, but the pen actually has a square tip that can fit the hole on the head, but it's too long and doesn't fit snugly, so there's no way the attach head. Also I can't find any holes in the back to attach the wings or on the arm to attach the star. I can maybe cut off the square end to attach the head but I can't figure out how to attach the wings and star other than cutting the pins and glueing them to the body. As it was shipped from another country I don't know where/how to file a complaint with the company.
