It's hard to rate this as I don't feel how good the mint flavor is on my own breath, but the tablets pop out easily and instantly Take packaging Dissolve in water I put green sea foam that I bought at Revane in the bath for dentures. I pull my teeth out at night, put them in a water bath, and then bury the pill. The next morning I take them out and put them back in. I haven't used them long enough to judge their whiteness, but that's not what I bought them for. I bought these to clean my upper and lower partials and they do a great job. I won't order anything else although I will order sooner than this time so I have a match. I've left myself two days without pills, which can easily be avoided by placing an order when I start with the last sheet. 84 pills is a big number but I wish Polident would use 90 for more than a 3 month supply than 84.
