Negative Online Shopping Experience with Motormic

My recent encounter with purchasing auto parts from Motormic's online store left me feeling dissatisfied. They boast a large product catalog, but I was unable to find everything I required there. Their subpar level of care to customers was the icing on the cake. I contacted them with a query about a product, and I didn't get a reply for days. When they did, however, they offered advice that was useless at best. Getting the answers I needed felt like pulling molars. In addition, I had trouble navigating their website because of how poorly designed it was. Having trouble navigating the site caused me to spend far more time there than was necessary. Overall, I did not have a good time while using Motormic. Because of what they said about themselves, I had high aspirations, but they let me down. In the future, I plan to take my company elsewhere.
