I'm not sure if it's worth contacting the seller.
These straps are perfect for small projects and 'do not stretch', but I have to admit that they do have some value when bought in both a multicolor and solid (black) color will; Unfortunately, I don't know if the dealer can help. It appears the packaging was stepped on before I received it as while only three colored straps came loose from the clasp, more than half of the black straps were crushed. I actually did the math and ONLY 37 {out of 100} blacks were undamaged. I will update with photos whenever possible.
