Voice quality and no interference are the best features of this phone. However, the screen was always difficult to read. Now, after less than 3 years of use, the characters on the display are disappearing. Philips customer service said it could not be fixed. I've had digital timers where the display still works after 15 years! I noticed that at least one other reviewer had this problem. Also, I wonder why there are no reviews for this product since 2007. Last problem: the talk time went down so I bought new Philips brand batteries and the talk time is still less than 45 minutes which is quite frustrating. with conference calls. Would I buy this phone again? Incredible yes. Am I naive to think that Philips has already fixed the problem? A replacement phone is only $20 today. I will risk it. With WiFi, I like the cordless phone with no interference.
