Don't get me wrong: this business has a lot of advantages. Easygoing atmosphere of compassionate management when personal issues occur, as well as a generous employee discount (30 percent ). The busiest months were October to January (which can be stressful), but otherwise it was fairly sluggish. The disparity between sales associate and shift lead was 50 cents, which was a disadvantage. Which, in my opinion, is a waste of time.
It is a simple task. Nice bosses and colleagues. You get to interact with toys and children. Somenoes learned how to handle money and met a lot of interesting people. It's ideal for someone looking to make some extra cash or for someone who enjoys working with children.
