Don't know what the other reviews meant about bad guides. The instructions I received were very detailed, precise and everything worked great. Each accessory is labeled in a separate bag. The device itself is very well made - heavy metal - and all settings were perfect. I am very happy with it. Whatever those old reviews say, it's no longer true. The only minor downside is the fan noise. I had to turn them off and look for replacements - what are the recommendations for a specific fan? The manufacturer has specified a size of 5" with 4.5" screw holes, but this is not the size of a typical computer fan (closest is 140mm). But yes, the fan noise is too loud for an office or outdoor area when the rack is outside and not hidden in a closet. Not big enough to pull off stars. Great quality block at a great price.
