After receiving it in a reasonable time, I immediately installed it in my car as I work as a delivery driver and it would be ideal for my job. When I first used it I thought I must have missed something and that I still don't fully understand how the charger works. I thought I missed an operation or button because the IR sensor didn't activate the kickstand open and close function. Well it isn't. I did everything right, and the cradle only opens when you click the open and close button. It was not what was advertised and the main reason I bought this expensive bassinet. If that was the only issue I could live with using this thing in manual mode but after placing my phone in the stand and leaving it there for 4-5 minutes the stand just pops open out of the blue and my phone falls. in my center console. Now I have a crack in my new Note 9. It really is a small crack and you wouldn't notice it unless you were told, but there's no reason to say it's there. I want this product to work. I love its design and concept as long as it just works. I'm surprised this product didn't pass quality control before leaving the factory. I'd like a new one if it really worked. I haven't even had this thing a week, so it's probably wishful thinking.
