. looks a little big to me but fits like a life jacket

Looks a little big to me but fits like a life jacket. I received the wrong color because I ordered green and not neon yellow. Okay, I'm keeping it to myself because no one is going to walk up to a runway show for wearing this thing. I gave 4 stars as it is what it should be but it wasn't quite what I expected.
