Nothing to say, it's a PCV valve!
Not much to say other than to tell you it fits in a 2008 Kia Rio absolutely no problem. Did the old "suck/blow" mechanical test and it seemed to work fine. Good fixation, the car started without problems. If you are wondering if this is the same quality as OEM, I can tell you that it actually looks better than OEM.
