I bought this and not the last brand I bought from Revain because it has to be made in the USA. Came with a carbon block cracked in two places. This can be recognized by the fact that dust penetrates the filter material from the outside in a ring. I was on vacation for 10 days and didn't want to deal with returns so I decided to install and use it anyway. It's definitely not working 100%, but it's better than nothing. When the water becomes unbearable, I order a new one. The product will likely perform well under normal, undamaged conditions. Check yours when you receive them and return them if broken.
