This ACB did what I hoped it would. I use it after KDF85 to purify water and it doesn't disappoint. I would definitely buy again!

After I installed the filter it broke and chlorine started flowing. This is of course right after the return period has expired, so I cannot replace it.

Our home is fed by a mountain spring which is great for water filtration. We've tested it several times and it comes back great. The tastiest water.

So far so good. The last was the US Water 4.5 x 20 carbon block. It was cheaper and worked the same (and didn't have a cracked end cap). I would buy again. The water tastes good, the shower hasn't smelled of chlorine for months.

This is a 1 micron filter. So, as with all other 1 micron filters, don't expect high flow rates. If like me you like a slower flow, this is a really good filter. I am very satisfied with the quality and I am happy about the fast delivery.

NSF 42 is better than 53. This bad boy lowers it to 1 micron. I have tested this with chlorine pads and confirmed that they remove all chlorine. I have a three phase system, first a 5 micro poly filter and then two carbon filters. You can't always trust local water authorities that the water entering your home is 100% pure, but it will be when installed in the home's POE. For your information. I use this to filter county water, not well water.

We have been using the filter for about a month and are very happy with it. We had a sediment filter, but due to the higher iron levels in the water, our softener didn't filter out the iron smell. We were advised to buy a carbon filter to eliminate the smell. I have found this filter to remove sediment larger than 1 micron so thought it would be great to try.
