Gorgeous top when applied correctly!
I'm obsessed with this top coat! It leaves such a smooth matte finish that I love. However, my first few uses were disastrous. I used a foam brush as they recommend and it left lots of dry white blisters. Now I always use a synthetic brush and apply thin transparent layers. If you see white specks when applying, it will be white once dry, so make sure your layers are thin and appear translucent to begin with. If so, then it's amazing!
