Much better than regular arginine

Much better than regular arginine. It doesn't have the high blood pressure that you get when you stop regular arginine. This drug has a slow onset and wear off which is key. Technically I can't recommend this to everyone, but I'm a doctor and I think it's best for mild high blood pressure and mild physical intolerance.
