Review on Penn Plax Double Blue Tropical Background by Lori Ortman

We bought this feeder to replace an identical feeder which finally broke after about 10 years of use. Pocket parrot, so very handy. The only reason I'm not rating it 5 stars is that the top mount (for the handset) doesn't work very well. We replaced it with a piece of tape to keep the tube upright. On the old feeder we used some plastic ties (sometimes called wire ties) which will probably work better with larger birds or those that are more prone to chewing everything in their cage.
