I absolutely love it! Almost everyone who has walked into my kitchen has made a positive comment about this chandelier including my 8 year old nice. It's gorgeous and I'm planning to buy a very similar for my diningroom. After reading all the reviews I was concern with the installation but it wasn't so bad. My husband is pretty handy and was able to install it without issues; however it did take almost two hours hours I helped with the crystals. I followed these instructions posted by another reviewer and it went very well:-Make sure you wear gloves through the entire process or you will end up with finger prints on the chrome finish and you will not be able to clean them once the strings are on.-hang the base on the ceiling and make all the necessary electrical connections.-install the bulbs (if you try to install or change the bulbs after the strings are in place, you will end up with all strings tangled together).-attach the individual strings starting in the center and work your way out.-carefully untangle strings as necessary.I dont normally write reviews but I wanted to make it a point to write this because it is so beautiful, you won't regret it!
