Review on LIANFENG High Back Desk Chair with Adjustable Lumbar Support, Breathable Mesh, 130 Degree Recline & Rocking, Ergonomic Office Chair (Black) by Kathy Jones

I received the box smashed and scratched. I want to take a picture But I opened it. Everything seems to be packed pretty well. I unpacked everything and started assembling. I had no help. It would be easier with another person. When I mounted the armrests to the seat, I noticed a crack in one of the armrests. At that point I was too far away to take it apart, repackage it, find a new box and return it. This chair, with all of its parts, is too heavy to repackage and send back to the crack. (Hoping I get some kind of compensation.) The chair itself feels sturdy if not overly hard and stiff. But maybe that's because it's brand new and I'm used to my old office chair. It's a bit fiddly to set up for one person, but doable. All screws and hex were well packed. You even get a set of white gloves. I haven't used them often, but they're a nice touch. The Allen key provided is all you need for the screws and washers. I wish it had a "short" side for tightening screws in hard-to-reach places. The directions are clear and understandable. Overall a good chair, heavy and durable, good support. No squeak.
