First of all, it is a beautiful device. It is very well made and comes in nice packaging. BUT it is extremely complex and time consuming to use. I'm not kidding, there are 23 steps to brewing a shot of espresso and 6 steps to the cleaning process. Not to mention I made a huge mess and you must have a kitchen scale to measure the exact amount of ground coffee AND the exact amount of yield! good enough. So I set my $150 grinder to maximum fine, but it still wasn't fine enough to get crema, and I used the maximum amount of coffee they recommended (18g), plus some. I felt more like a chemical lab technician than a barista using this thing. The most disappointing thing is that this item is non-returnable without my knowledge and there is no way to contact the seller even if you want to replace it. This is a Hong Kong company. You are now an informed consumer and have been warned. The decision is yours, but BUYER BEWARE!
