The product description says nothing about the impossibility of connecting a PC to a monitor/TV. In fact, it can only connect a new computer with an HDMI port to an old VGA-only monitor. Who does it anyway? This is absolute rubbish and a waste of money and they know it. That's why it's advertised as it is, with clever wording, because they know it's not good for what most people are buying it for, which is most likely going to be hooking up an old PC to a newer monitor, which, like I've done before said he can not do. . The fact that it cannot be returned after delivery is further evidence of this willful misrepresentation. I would not recommend this product or this company as they clearly have no qualms about misleading you and taking your money with inferior products. I'm sure they have some sort of defense as it "clearly says what it's for" but that's nonsense. The description should clearly state what it can and cannot do.
