I needed a dozen but ordered 4 packs of 5 so I could choose the top 12 wheels and maybe have some spares. All 20 wheels I received are usable. The inner padding on 1 wheel was too thick (compared to the thickness of the pads on the other 2 wheels) and was replaced. Two bearings have been replaced (1 piece on 2 wheels) (crunch/stick). They have shielded bearings instead of the sealed bearings found on much more expensive Openbuilds wheels. Update: The second order of the 2 pack included a wheel that was too wide and one without an inner spacer. One wide wheel was bolted to a lathe and a shim added to the other, resulting in 10 wheels being able to be used.
