BIQU Plastic Pulley Bearing Printer Review

I got them to guide the X-axis carriage along the V-groove for the 3D printer. They are very tight for this application and I think they will add more x-axis resistance than necessary. I would not recommend these wheels for use in a 3D printer. I hope they loosen up over time.

These wheels are nice and thick and perfect for the openpartsbuildstore v-slot. Instead of paying them $5 for a wheel they fit perfectly and seem to ride great. I will know more when my car is ready. Dimensions: OD 24mm ID 5mm Width 11mm I need 20+ for my project but 20 is enough for now. I will be using them on all my printers from now on. UPDATE 10/22/19: Great work! The ride is smooth and delivers clean action and good testing on my 3ft high printer. They seem to be holding up quite well and

races on each wheel. All but one that I have received are the same outside diameter, width, compressed width (on the axle mounted), the final wheel position and do not wobble. I needed a dozen but ordered 4 packs of 5 so I could choose the top 12 wheels and maybe have some spares. All 20 wheels I received are usable. The inner padding on 1 wheel was too thick (compared to the thickness of the pads on the other 2 wheels) and was replaced. Two bearings have been replaced (1 piece on 2 wheels)…
