A great tool to collaborate efficiently across teams
It's easy of use for everyone involved in our projects (PMs/developers). The interface has been thought from scratch considering user needs with all kind of users around the world (languages, cultures etc.). There are some features that could be improved like creating custom fields or tags but they have good support so I think it will improve soon if needed. We've used this software since 2014 at least until now we're still using it without problems. Great experience! Easy integration into JIRA and other tools as well as sharing tasks between PMs.
