I have used this product on long curly hair and wanted to try it because of its natural ingredients. I have found that there is a balanced product that can be used on the hair. You can definitely overdo it. I would advise you to start cautiously with the amount of product you use. I really didn't care about this product. I thought my curly hair was frizzy. I don't color my hair but this product makes my hair look dull and not shiny. I've already used half the bottle and don't think I'll be buying this product again. It's not the worst I've used on my hair, but I think for the money I can definitely find something better.
