You NEED this air purifier! We've never used it, but now we can't do without it. Delivery was very quick and installation was quick and easy to get started. You simply open the packaging and remove the plastic around the filter, screw it back on, plug it in and you're good to go! First we had to contact customer service to find out that the red filter replacement light came on when we first plugged it in and the customer service team have been phenomenal. They called us back very quickly and helped us troubleshoot and fix the problem quickly. All we had to do was hold down the power button for 7 seconds and the light would go out and we haven't seen it since. We've been using it for about two weeks now and the whole family loves the difference in airflow into our living space. This was especially helpful with allergies as several members of our family struggled with seasonal allergies. Last thing I want to mention is that the air purifier is SO quiet which I love since we have it in our living room. Sometimes I can't even tell if it's on or off, but luckily there are timers you can set to make sure it's on or off when you need it. Highly recommended if you are looking for an air purifier!
