The customer service is great! They are always willing to help with any questions that you may have, even if its something as simple as setting up your domain or email address!! I love how easy it was for me to set everything up from scratch without having to pay an additional fee in order to do so. There were no problems at all when using their platform - they made sure we had what we needed before signing our contract. We've been very happy since working with them over 2 years ago. Their support team has never failed us once. If there's anything i can think of where things could be improved upon (which isn't often) then it would probably be making payments easier than going through Paypal which sometimes gets confusing.
