2001 Ford Ranger, not a perfect fit but works well.
Fairly easy installation (harder to figure out the old than the new) using a YouTube video. The product is of good quality and works perfectly (review within a week, tested and working). My only gripe is that the buttons are now set apart from the rest of the steering wheel instead of being flush. Not that big of a deal, but definitely noticeable, and I'd rather be flush with buttons like OEM.
