Silicone baking trays have become an integral part of my kitchen. I bake a lot in the oven and love that I'm leaving less in landfill by not lining the pans with foil. I also use it for baking cookies and things that require parchment paper. I have one for frying and one for baking. The one I use for frying gets quite oily and I find it impossible to completely remove the frying oil, so I don't risk losing flavors that spoil my baked goods by using a different mat for that. I also use a baking sheet to roll out pie crusts and cut out sugar cookies.
