1st User. They worked great. I'm a die-hard parchment paper user, my girlfriend suggested I try them. I was addicted to pepperoni chips, it leaves a lot of oily residue. Washes well, but put on towels and not on the counter, it hurts to lift because of the moisture.

I had a couple of custom sized pans. They were easy to cut to fit my baking sheets. Food slides off immediately after cooking. They are easy to clean. They can be washed in the dishwasher, which I do sometimes. They are also easy to hand wash. No more grating burnt food. I highly recommend them for roasting eggplant, squash, okra, cherry tomatoes and anything else.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I've used them a few times and they handle temperatures very well (350-400 F), don't smoke like some other brands. Super easy cleaning. They're a little big for my pans, but that didn't cause any problems. DO NOT attempt to cut them as they appear to be reinforced with fiberglass. In general I highly recommend it.

I bought them and they looked great. I opened one up, hand washed it and dried it, then used it. When I finished cooking, I immediately hand washed and dried it. I wanted to use it again and it felt greasy. I tried it 3 times and every time I used it again there was grease on it. I didn't cook with fat so it doesn't make sense. Also, they were too wide and too short for my regular pans.

These are good thick baking mats. My cookies (Tollhouse) were cooked unevenly; The bottom was done (crispy) before the center and top had a chance to set. 3 times the same result. They're great for frying french fries or other low-fat foods. I found that they weren't that easy to clean as they needed a bit of brushing to remove cookie residue. To be honest I find it easier to just use HD film as I can throw it away and/or reuse it depending on what I have prepared.

Silicone baking trays have become an integral part of my kitchen. I bake a lot in the oven and love that I'm leaving less in landfill by not lining the pans with foil. I also use it for baking cookies and things that require parchment paper. I have one for frying and one for baking. The one I use for frying gets quite oily and I find it impossible to completely remove the frying oil, so I don't risk losing flavors that spoil my baked goods by using a different mat for that. Does not fit in my standard Kitchen Aid pans. However, if you have a larger pan, go for it! It has a very reasonable price, good quality and long service life. I've baked with rugs a few times (which I over-baked once and the product burned out) but they still look like they just arrived at my house! They seem to cook well with them, but after being used for cooking they don't seem to peel and have a film that won't peel off. Also, my meal tonight tasted like soap! When I messaged Revain asking to speak to the seller who ended up being alone I was told they had it sorted and that I would have to run it again to get a replacement. The person in the chat also told me it could be a 'defective' product! So in this case I didn't send anything back! I just wanted to know the best way to clean it.
