We bought these pans pretty much exactly a month ago. They worked the first few times, but now they stick. We use medium-low heat, silicone spatula and hand wash with mild soap. The pans suck so much, but what's worse, Gotham guarantees your money back. If there is a problem with the pans even after such a short period of time, you have to pay for your pans to send your pans back and when they finish everything, you get new ones. They still don't have 9.95 for delivery and they will probably send you another pan which will probably be of poor quality.
