1/2 lb plate paint coating is too thick and won’t fit bar.

One of the 1/2 lb plates did not fit the bar. The paint coating was laid on too thick. Tried to force it in and some of the paint on the inside of the ring scraped off but still did not fit on the bar. Other plates are pretty good though. Only issue is that I can’t use 1/2lb plates since one of them won’t fit the bar.
