Review on Aurora AS680S Professional Light Duty Strip Cut Paper Shredder: Waste-free Precision by Jon Dunn

My old shredder lasted 6 years and I didn't even know it needed oiling! I bought the Aurora shredder because I already had a basket from my old shredder. This shredder grinds fairly wide strips and fills the basket quickly. When it started getting stuck I emptied the trash can. It didn't work, so I cleaned everything I could out of the shredder. This worked for one sheet and then glued again. I used the on and off jam removal method. Did not help. I oiled a piece of paper and tried to rub it. No luck. Now it's a constant struggle and I'm tired of it. Called 1-800. The representative worked with me to resolve the issue but it still didn't work. I'm sending it back.
