When I saw that these hair clippers are battery operated, I decided to give them a try. I charged the Clippers for a few hours before testing them. These are the best clippers I've ever owned. With corded clippers, the cord gets in the way. These machines are quieter than corded ones. The only suggestion I would make is to make the storage bag opening a quarter or a half inch longer. The zipper is tight and the clippers are difficult to put on and take off. Thank you for making a great product.
