This device is not giving consistent counts at all and it may be due to the device not charging properly. It has trouble blocking anything over 120 metres, plug in device where the charger's USB plug is loose so needs to be constantly shaken to charge. My disappointment is that I have sent 3 emails to Raythor, both direct to customer support email and through the communication interface directly on the website and it has been over a month with no response, I am within the 2- year warranty. Would appreciate a working replacement, at least someone has contact with Raythor.
