This climbing robe is awesome so far! We have it set up in our garage (12’ ceiling) and the 10’ rope is the perfect height. It feels very secure and sturdy. It smells funny when you first open the packaging; however, I think it’s just the smell of the fibers. Once we got it set up in the garage, the smell quickly went away. The rope did make some cracking noises the first few times we climbed it. I think it was just the rope stretching. I can’t speak to its durability as we have only used it for about a week, but we are very excited and hopeful that it will hold up!
