Review on 🔑 Kwikset Belleview Single Cylinder Handleset with Cove Knob, SmartKey Security, Venetian Bronze Finish by Scott Rao

I had a severe but faulty exterior door hardware and spent some time looking for the right part to replace it. It's a product with sleek, clean lines that is still elegant and durable without looking cheap. My old one was easy. out. and no amount of fiddling could get it working after more than thirty New England winters. The installation was a bit cumbersome, if only because of the way the screws are screwed in and how the lathe is supposed to sit. I had no trouble installing the bottom handle and outer arm, but the latch was a little painful. It took four attempts to level the handle to get the bolt to full travel. (It didn't come off all the way on the first three tries.) Now it works great once I lined up the button just right for installation. I love it now that it's in stock but the difficulty of installing it made me deduct a star. Another small issue that caused it to lose a star is that the bolt striker plate isn't as big as the standard size on my previous ones, so instead of using it I'm going to spray paint the one I already had to match the one. . , or get as close as possible.
