Doesn't fit very well

Too bad Garmin doesn't offer this as a separate part anymore. This part doesn't quite fit. It is extremely difficult to place it on the ball because it is too small. I had to use oil to tighten it and I had to use so much force that the metal ring came halfway out. After all this, the GPS continues, but "locks" does not.
