My skin is much better after taking this product. I tend to break out on my arms and legs. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is another great supplement that I take at the same time. They are both excellent for the skin and intestinal walls. If you have an autoimmune disease and leaky gut, you need this! I use Jarrow MSM because this brand absorbs water very well. I've been using Rhino brand MSM for a while and it didn't absorb at all. BulkSupplements MSM is also absorbent. Ultimately, I buy based on quality and value.
