It's easy to implement, it has some good features including geofencing (which helps for marketing campaigns). The app sometimes lags or freezes when I have too many devices connected at once so there can be latency issues as well but that could just mean more traffic! Make sure you know what your needs are before choosing this software - if they don't fit exactly then maybe consider other options like Google Analytics instead? We're solving problems of not knowing how busy our stores actually were during peak hours by implementing store level analytics from an external party who monitors all locations via cameras/radios etc.
