Not as good as old-fashioned (Foley) mixing forks, but I've looked in vain for forks with the same blades.

I knew the handles would be shorter than I wanted. I couldn't tell from the photo if the blades were twisted/curved like old fashioned blending forks (Foley). Their blades are too straight to be as effective as the old type, but my nimble husband was able to bend and rotate the blades to the angle I'm used to, which is best for circular (up and down) motions. Mix (when turning the bowl). Now they work as intended.
