They lived up to expectations. The bike I bought them for had to be learned how to use by three kids which is why the previous grips were metal. I was so worried my son would lose his balance and scratch the side of a parked car with bare metal so I was over the moon when they arrived. They look exactly like the picture but they are hard to get on the bike. On one side I just couldn't get it fully attached and it still sticks out about 2 inches. This allows my sons to balance a bit due to the placement of his hands. I think the sizing on this one might be wrong because I mixed up the handles and still couldn't get it onto the handle on the other side.
