Review on Streamlyne Research by Will Anderson

We used streamline research as our vendor management system (VMS) with several clients across multiple states within New England area - RI & NH. The VMS allowed us centralized reporting capabilities which was very helpful when we needed client feedback at different times during project progress or post-project completion. I like that there were no problems encountered while using their cloud offering; however, some features are not available due to licensing restrictions if required by customers’ needs/requirements. Clients loved how fast they could receive information without having to wait till email response is received from someone else who may have been involved originally instead being left hanging waiting until next day or week depending upon internal workloads. StreamLine's customer support team provided excellent service whenever any need arose! Not much other than minor issues such as pricing questions but those resolved quickly enough once contacted via phone call rather then.
