Assembly was easy enough when I used my own tools. The tools supply are adequate to assemble but it would’ve taken much longer. I used my own tools and assembly was quite easy. I also needed to use some smaller pliers with a cloth, to not damage the paint, to fix the damaged shelf holders and bent shelf track. As pictured, you can see that corrections need to be made prior to assembly to help this relatively inexpensive unit last longer. I don’t believe that anyone would think that $120 metallic and canvas dresser is going to be passed down as a family heirloom. I would’ve like all of the canvas stitching to be completely taught. I am assuming that the pullout shelf storage containers that are not properly stitched will be the first item to tear/break. Overall, not to bad for the price and fits nicely in smaller places. Just be prepared to inspect and fix the damaged/bent parts before putting it together to reduce strain on the screws. Also, the instructions were well written and easy to follow which was a plus.
