The functionality and stylish design of this set makes it the perfect choice for any kitchen. They're attractive, durable, and seal tightly to keep moisture and sunlight out to keep your food fresh. I bought these for our coffee beans as we usually have 2-3 at a time. Although I didn't originally plan on spending $50, it was worth it in the end. This set has all my quirks: the aesthetics, the special way of secure closure and the included spoon were a big plus. None of the other sets with my hook looked anywhere near as pretty AND with spoons. Admittedly, a scoop is a bit small for scooping up whole beans as it only scoops up a few at a time, so filling a 12-cup grinder costs about the same amount of scoops. But for many other products, such as sugar, which we store in our smallest container, that's the perfect size. I also like that the spoons are made of wood and not metal. This gives the set a slightly rustic look. The largest holds about 12 ounces of whole beans, the second largest about 8, the others about 6 and 4. Although there's no room for labels, I just cut the labels off coffee bags and stick them into the lid of the container. The lack of a tag isn't enough for me personally to deduct a star, but for others it might be an important feature. All in all, I highly recommend this set. I love it!
