This device has completely solved my sleep apnea problem. I have a pulse oxygen sleep recorder that keeps data on my apnea. I have tried many other devices. This is the best! If your apnea occurs when you sleep on your back and not your side, this is the answer. I feel great in the morning. It took a little while getting accustomed to side sleeping, but it is worth it. I feel 10 years younger. I do not have daytime sleepiness. I am much more productive. It is a lifesaver!
