I like how easy it is for me as an internal user of this product - no need or hassle about getting access from outside users (which would be needed if using any other cloud solution).

It's not so much what you can do but more than likely your own organization/company will decide which features should exist within such software products! For example at my current job there was only one feature requested by management; however due lack resources & budgeting issues were unable implement said request into existing system- hence why am writing here now instead!!
